RATE - includes board, paddle and pfd where required
1.5 hour lesson $100
additional person $75
Lesson site is decided based on weather, tide, day of week, and number of guests. All sites are within 20 miles of portland, most are on the Willamette river or Sauvie Island.
Your lesson will include a short dry land introduction but the rest of the time we will be on the water!! You will learn self rescue, paddle stroke technique, stopping technique and 4 different turning methods.
If conditions require a wetsuit you must supply your own; wetsuits can be rented at Gorge Performance surf shop.
